Florence is one the world’s most beautiful cities: visiting it yields unique emotions. The Hotel Continentale has designed an excusive event which makes its guests’ stay even more magic: painting courses held by Florentine artist Roberto Guarnieri.
Every Wednesday, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, in our hotel’s La Terrazza lounge bar, guests can admire Florence’s beauties like Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River, portraying them in pursuit of their feelings. They will be guided by the artist of iGuarnieri, one of Florence’s art gallery featuring paintings, sculptures and frescos. At the beginning, guests will complete some warm-up sketches to refine the use of prospective and define their creativity. In the second segment, they will delve into watercolor techniques, portraying views of Florence with delicate colors.
The painting course is a perfect experience for those who wish to spend a fun morning with their family or who are on vacation with their children: indeed, even young guests can participate in Roberto Guarnieri’s watercolor course and take home with them an indelible memory of their stay in Florence.
