Carte et Vins
Fusilloro aux crevettes roses et safran, magret de canard aux 5 épices et tiramisu toscan aux cantucci de Prato et gelée de vin santo sont les grands classiques du Caffè dell’Oro. On y trouve également des plats plus saisonniers et d’autres destinés à être partagés – comme « l’oreille d’éléphant » (côtelette de veau panée) avec ses accompagnements et ses sauces. Sans oublier les délicieux amuse-gueule et tapas d’inspiration internationale, parfaits pour accompagner un bon apéritif.
Le Bar est le pilier de l’identité du Caffè dell’Oro, du petit-déjeuner du matin au goûter de l’après-midi. Les sélections de thés et de cafés ainsi que les cocktails signatures partagent une même quête de produits d’excellence. La carte des vins et des boissons est concoctée par notre sommelier, maître des étiquettes et des spiritueux.
