We are pleased to share an extraordinary initiative in which we play a key role alongside Fondazione Cotarella and Arsenale Group, supporting the young talents of the «F. Morano» Institute in Caivano. Through this collaboration, we have decided to offer scholarships and job opportunities to three newly graduated students, giving them the chance to turn their dreams into reality.
After an intensive training period at the Accademia di Alta Formazione di Sala Intrecci, founded by the Cotarella sisters, these young women will have the opportunity to start their careers in our hotels, gaining unparalleled professional and educational experiences. In addition to fully covering their tuition at Accademia Intrecci, we will provide them with at least two years of work experience in our restaurants, where they will be able to apply the skills they have acquired and grow professionally.
